• We will provide you with our return address.

• Once we receive the returned item, you may select any replacement product from our store.

• If the replacement product has a higher price, you only need to pay the difference.

Refunds

As a UK wholesaler, we operate using multiple supplier accounts and direct bank payments. For this reason, we are unable to issue cash refunds.

• Instead, we offer store credit or replacement items of your choice.

• This ensures that you always get full value for your purchase.

Important Notes

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Free delivery applies to your replacement order as well.
